Born to the Family of Mr and Mrs Joshua Luka Bityong on the 23rd of February, 1988 in the serene village of Rafin Gora, Bondon Ward,  Hon. Godwin J. Luka also known as Mai-Solar, hails from Kaura Local Government Area  of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
