Transparency, Credibility and accountability are interconnected, forming a symbiotic relationship that propels a leader to greatness. A credible leader gains trust, and with trust comes the expectation of accountability. 

It is so unfortunate that  for many years, our people have been voting the worst sets of individuals in Kaura LGA as leaders, am excluding BABA MAI SOLAR, BANTEX of Blessed memory on this. The results of all the rotten activities carried out due to the actions and in actions of some misguided Youths and also some elders in Kaura LGA is the reason why we keep on producing people like  Mr 'Unfortunate' as LGA executives. 

In the realm of leadership, two indispensable qualities stand out as pillars for success: credibility and accountability. A good leader is not merely someone who holds a position of authority, but one who inspires trust and takes responsibility for His or Her actions. 

Credibility is the cornerstone while accountability serves as the bedrock of effective leadership. Also, good leaders are always ready to face the consequences of their actions and inactions whether positive or negative. When leaders hold themselves accountable, they establish a culture of responsibility within the team.

Like Bantex, Hon. Godwin Luka is leader whose words align seamlessly with his actions. Trust is not automatically bestowed upon a leader; it must be earned through consistent honesty, integrity, and reliability and these are the key attributes of Mai Solar. 

Since accountability goes beyond acknowledging achievements;  Maisola is a man who accept that He is human with his finitude, not above mistakes but always working hard to overcome such challenges, this are the reasons why  the general public in must support the HASKEN KAURA movement of Hon. Godwin Luka knowing fully well that Mai Solar's decisions are made with genuine intentions. 

Mai Solar is a good leader who believes in a system that will work for Kaura people, He is the a Good leader that  leads by example,  acknowledges his limitations, admit mistakes, and actively seeks feedback and take actions on such responses.  These we have seen in theory and practice as He have made many youths in Kaura LGA millionaires  and many youths are still on the pipeline, speaking of the upcoming women and youths employment programs. Mai Solar believes in workable systems and not just permutations, entrepreneurship and self reliance. 

All these qualities of Hon. Godwin Luka (Mai solar) Hasken Kaura LGA instills confidence in his team and supporters all over Kaura LGA, Kaduna State and Nigeria in general as they witness a leader who is committed to growth and development.  With Hon. Godwin Luka AKA Mai Solar as Kaura LGA Chairman, Kaura economy will experience great changes as many policies will be put in place to attract both local and  foriegn investors, our people will be united, with improve security, quality health facilities, quality educational system and all these will help in developing a change in our people's world views and philosophies capable of overcoming challenges and celebrating successes together.
