The Northern Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) leadership, led by Chairman Rev. Dr. Joseph John Hayab, paid a crucial visit to the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, in Abuja on Monday. The high-powered delegation comprised CAN chairmen and secretaries from 19 Northern states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as well as women and youth leaders. Key Discussion points at the visit includes; Strengthening security across Northern Nigeria, with a focus on crisis-hit states, and strategies to address multi-dimensional insecurity challenges in the region At the meeting were the Directors-General of DSS and NIA: Mr. Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi and Ambassador Mohammed Mohammed respectively as well other key Christian leaders from Northern Nigeria.
